Allergy

Your doctor may suggest maintaining a time gap of at least 14 days to start therapy with this medicine after discontinuing MAO inhibitors.

Hyperthyroidism

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with hyperthyroidism (a condition where the thyroid gland produces too much thyroid hormones) due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
