Injections: Since this medicine is usually administered in the clinical/hospital setting by a qualified healthcare professional, the likelihood of a missed dose is very low. If you miss an appointment for receiving this medicine, contact your doctor immediately for further instructions.
Discontinue the use of this medicine and consult your doctor immediately if an overdose is suspected. Consumption of Vitamin D rich food or supplements along with this medicine may also cause an overdose.

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to ADELA 0.5mg Tablet 1x10s or any other inactive ingredients present along with it.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with elevated levels of calcium in the blood due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
