Missed Dose Take the missed dose as soon as you remember with food. However, if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose then the missed dose can be skipped.

This medicine is not recommended for use if you have a known history of allergy to it or any other medicine belonging to the same class which is Sulfonylureas.
This medicine is not recommended for use if you have a condition where ketone bodies are present in the urine. It applies to ketoacidosis with or without coma.
This medicine is not recommended for use if you suffer from insulin dependent diabetes or gestational diabetes.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients who are taking Bosentan. The risk of side effects are extremely high when these medicines are used together.
