Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost the time for your next scheduled dose. Do not double the medicine to make up for the missed dose.

Intestinal obstruction (This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a history of bowel obstruction, symptomatic gallbladder disease, suspected sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, or abdominal adhesions due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition. An alternative treatment option should be considered in some cases based on the clinical condition.)
Liver Disease (This medicine is not recommended for patients who have moderate to severe hepatic impairment. No dosage adjustment is required in patients with mild hepatic impairment; however, caution is advised when using this medicine in such patients.)
Kidney Disease (This medicine should be used with caution in patients with mild to moderate kidney disease due to the increased risk of adverse effects. Regular monitoring of the kidney function tests is necessary while receiving this medicine. Appropriate dose adjustments or replacement with a suitable alternative may be required in some cases based on the clinical condition.)
Diarrhea (Use of this medicine may increase the risk of diarrhea. Initiation of the therapy with this medicine is not advised if you are experiencing frequent diarrhea. Report to your doctor, if you experience severe diarrhea, or if the diarrhea is accompanied by severe cramping, abdominal pain, or dizziness.)
