If you miss a dose of T-Pram tablet 20 mg 2×7’s, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose.
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

Avoid if you have a known allergy to T-Pram tablet 20 mg 2×7’s or other medicines of the same class (SSRI).
Do not take are taking MAOIs like selegiline, moclobemide with T-Pram tablet 20 mg 2×7’s or within 14 days of stopping T-Pram tablet 20 mg 2×7’s. Also, do not take T-Pram tablet 20 mg 2×7’s within 14 days of stopping MAOIs.
Do not take these medicines together due to the increased risk of QT prolongation.
