This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Loton 0.50% Eye Drops 5 ml , any other glucocorticoids, or any other inactive ingredients present along with it.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with active viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva including epithelial herpes simplex keratitis (dendritic keratitis), vaccinia, and varicella due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients suffering from a mycobacterial or fungal infection of the eyes and surrounding structures due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
