This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Aczon Injection IM 1 gm 1 Vial or any other Beta-lactam antibiotics such as penicillins or cephalosporins.
Aczon Injection IM 1 gm 1 Vial is contraindicated for use if Lidocaine is used as a solvent for intravenous injection. Lidocaine can be used as a solvent for the intramuscular route of injection for this medicine, despite contraindications.
Aczon Injection IM 1 gm 1 Vial is contraindicated in neonates who are on calcium-containing intravenous solutions or infusions such as parenteral nutrition because of the risk of precipitation of Aczon Injection IM 1 gm 1 Vial and calcium.
