If you miss a dose of Otello tablet 6.25 mg 3×10’s, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it’s almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose.
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.

Otello tablet 6.25 mg 3×10’s is used in the treatment of congestive heart failure which is a type of heart disease, charecterized by thickening of the walls of the left ventricle.
Otello tablet 6.25 mg 3×10’s is used in the treatment of left ventricular dysfunction, which is a type of heart disease that lowers the pumping capacity of the heart.

Not recommended in the patients with known allergy to Otello tablet 6.25 mg 3×10’s or other beta blockers.
Otello tablet 6.25 mg 3×10’s is not recommended in the patients with known history of lung diseases like asthma, bronchospasm and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
Otello tablet 6.25 mg 3×10’s is not recommended in patients with 2nd or 3rd degree AV block.
Otello tablet 6.25 mg 3×10’s is not recommended in the patients with bradycardia.
