If a dose of Hepgard tablet 400 mg 28’s is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember it. If it almost time for the next dose, then skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

This medicine is used in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and hepatitis C, who are planning to undergo liver transplantation in order to prevent the recurrence of the infection.

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Hepgard tablet 400 mg 28’s or any other medicines of the same drug class.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of Pancreatitis due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
When Hepgard tablet 400 mg 28’s is used in combination with ribavirin, it is recommended not to use didanosine since the risk of serious side effects is very high.
The combination of Hepgard tablet 400 mg 28’s , ribavirin, and peginterferon alfa is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of autoimmune hepatitis due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
