Take/Administer the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost the time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed dose.
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose.
This medicine is used to ease the condition of shortness of breath, persistent cough, and inflammation of the airways of the lungs by making the sputum thin and less viscous and easy to cough out.
This medicine is used in the symptomatic treatment of tracheobronchitis which is an infection causing inflammation of the trachea (windpipe) and airways of the lungs. It relieves the patient from an excessive cough and thick sputum in this condition.
This medicine should be given with the appropriate antibiotic in conditions of acute exacerbations of bronchitis (inflammation of the airways) since it helps in suppressing the excessive mucus secretion, which helps in improving cough, expectoration difficulties, and other symptoms.

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to MUCOSOLVAN 30mg|5ml Syrup 60ml or any other inactive ingredient present along with the formulation.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with severe gastric ulceration because it may worsen the condition.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of Stevens-Johnson syndrome which is a rare but serious disorder of the skin.
