This medicine is used for the treatment of different types of malignant cancers such as multiple myeloma (cancer that affects plasma cells), certain types of leukemia (blood cancer), including chronic lymphocytic leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and acute myelogenous leukemia, Hodgkin's lymphoma and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (types of cancer that affects certain cells called lymphocytes of the lymphatic system), ovarian cancer (cancer that affects the female reproductive system), breast cancer, retinoblastoma (eye cancer), etc.
This medicine is used to treat a kidney disease called nephrotic syndrome in pediatric patients who have not responded adequately to steroid treatments or if the steroids produce intolerable side effects.

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to ENDOXAN 50mg Tablet 50s , other alkylating agents, or any other inactive ingredients present along with the formulation.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with urinary flow obstruction or cystitis (inflammation of the urinary bladder) due to the increased risk of worsening of the patient's condition.
This medicine is not recommended in patients with severe bone marrow suppression (decrease in the production of blood cells).
