This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a positive TRASYLOL 1.4mg|ml Infusion 50ml -specific IgG antibody test due to the risk of anaphylactic reaction. If no TRASYLOL 1.4mg|ml Infusion 50ml specific IgG antibody test is performed prior to the therapy, and if the patient has a known or suspected previous exposure to TRASYLOL 1.4mg|ml Infusion 50ml , including aprotinin-containing medicinal products within the last 12 months, use of this medicine is not recommended.
