Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next schedule dose then the missed dose should be skipped.

This medicine is used to prevent or treat excessive bleeding during menstrual periods.
This medicine is also used to prevent or treat excessive internal bleeding after a surgery is performed.
This medicine is also used to treat and prevent bleeding during in certain conditions like periventricular bleeding in low birth-weight infants and bleeding caused by an intrauterine devise.

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients having porphyria, a rare genetic disorder of the blood.
This medicine is not recommended for use in women who are having a non-cancerous tumor in the womb (Fibroids).
