This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to D-FORMIN MR 1gm Tablet 30s , any other biguanides, or inactive ingredients present along with the formulation.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with metabolic acidosis since it may worsen the patient's condition.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with severe impairment of kidney function due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.
