This medicine is contraindicated in patients suffering from kidney diseases due to the increased risk of severe adverse effects.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients receiving strong CYP3A inhibitors like ketoconazole, clarithromycin, nelfinavir, and CYP3A inducers like carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, rifampin, etc. due to the increased risk of worsening severe adverse effects.
This medicine is not recommended for use if you have a known history of allergy to RANZOL 500mg Tablet SR 14s or any other inactive ingredients present in the formulation.
