The missed dose should be taken as soon as possible. It is advisable to skip the missed dose if it is already the time for your next scheduled dose. Do not use extra medicine to make up for the missed dose.
Seek emergency medical treatment or contact the doctor in case of an overdose. Symptomatic and supportive therapy is warranted in case of an overdose with delayed-release tablets of ASACOL 4g|100ml Enema 1s . Overdosage with ASACOL 4g|100ml Enema 1s suppository is rare due to limited absorption from the colon.
