Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double your dose to make up for the missed one.

This medicine is used to treat acute uncomplicated malaria caused by Plasmodium falciparum strain of the parasite. It may also be used for the treatment of malaria that is resistant to other medicines such as chloroquine or sulphadoxine-pyrimethamine combinations.

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to artemether, lumefantrine, any other artemisinin derivatives, or any other ingredients present in the formulation.
