This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to D MYCIN 500mg Tablet 100s , any other macrolides, or any other inactive ingredients present along with it.
This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known history of cholestatic jaundice or hepatic impairment caused by the prior use of this medicine. It is also not recommended for use in patients with a history of severe hepatic impairment due to the increased risk of serious adverse effects.
