If a dose of Valtec tablet 80 mg 28’s is missed, take the dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and take the next dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one.

This medicine is not recommended for use in patients with a known allergy to Valtec tablet 80 mg 28’s .
Coadministration of Aliskiren and Valtec tablet 80 mg 28’s is not recommended in the elderly population with diabetes and kidney disease, with CrCl less than 60 ml/min. These patients are at a high risk of serious adverse effects if these medicines are used together.
